Ronald (Ronnie) Lewis Taylor May 31, 1948 - May 5, 2022 On May 5, 2022, Ronald (Ronnie) Lewis Taylor was called home by God. Ronnie was born May 31, 1948 to William and Lourene(Pederson) Taylor in Kansas City, Missouri. Ronnie was their only child. Ronnie grew up at Lake Lotawana , where he loved to water ski and was very good at skiing barefoot. Ronnie graduated Lee's Summit High School in 1967. He later joined the U.S. Naval Reserve. He loved to ride his Harley Davidson and his go-kart. He and his buddies traveled all around the United States to watch winged midget sprint cars. Ronnie retired as an electrician and was called "Hooter" by many of his friends. He loved life and lived it on his own terms. He never met a stranger and was loved by many. Ronnie is survived by his life partner, Treasa O'Neall; sons Greg and Gary Demetreon, and Josh Taylor (wife Gloria). Grand children; Jet, Van and Jam Taylor, Tami Hartz and Rossin Hartz, several cousins, and many, many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held in July.
