Richard Lee Delich

Richard Lee Delich, 60, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed on June 11, 2022. He was born to Richard Lee Delich and Janet Harriet Arens on August 14, 1961. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his wife Loralyn Adams Delich, brother Jay Delich and sister Sheryl Lynn Marie Shultz-Hampton. Survivors include sons Adam Delich and Alex Delich of the home. Sister Cathy (Speed) Marriott; Sister-in-law Lisa (Dennis) Trowbridge; Brother-in-law Louie Adams; Father-in-law Louis Adams. Uncle to Bryan Marriott (Lyndsay), Ashley Borniger (Chris), Sarah Thresher (Stanley), Mandy McKinley(Kyle), Anna Delich, Amy Lumley and Ashley Lumley. Great Uncle to Elena Borniger, Austin Borniger, Miller Marriott, Myers Marriott, Stevie Thresher, Cade McKinley, Cole McKinley, Cash McKinley, Keiara Wheeler, Keiana Lumley, Carmani Wheeler, Amerikle Gustin and Kruiz Gustin. Richard graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 1979. Richard worked at Owens Corning for 34 years then later worked at Burlington in NKC. Richard served his country from 1980-1984 in the United States Navy. He was on the USS Forrestal deployed in the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean. Richard loved to go fishing made many trips to Canada. He also had a love for hunting numerous and made many pheasant and duck hunting trips. To his true nature he asked for his remains to be scattered in a few hunting and fishing spots.
