Denise Ann Johnson Emery, 57, of Kansas City, MO passed away January 24, 2022 at KU Medical Center. She was born October 5, 1964 in Davenport, Iowa to Betty (Owens) and Robert Johnson. She was a homemaker and mother!! She was very crafty and enjoyed painting, sewing, baking and loved being around family. Denise was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Betty; father in law, John; niece Michelle. She is survived by her husband Jim; children, Jimmy, Miranda, Brittany; step son Nathan; as well as many non biological children; sisters, Sandra, Gail, Pam; brother Owen; grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kalli, Karlee, Frank, Tyler, Zachery, Alyssah, Zayne, Aleayah, Jordan, Jayden, Jackson, James, Jase.
